By using The Landing Strip Studio website, booking an appointment, or purchasing our services or products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & No-Show Policy
We understand that things happen! We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you based on the remaining appointment time and our schedule.
If you miss your appointment without contacting us or canceling at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, the following policy applies:
1st or 2nd No-Show: 30% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
3rd No-Show: Prepayment will be required for all future appointments.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a no-show, depending on the service and availability.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and the time of our other clients.
Services
The Landing Strip Studio provides cosmetic and esthetic services, including waxing, sugaring, skincare, facials, spray tanning, lash, brow, and related beauty services.
Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee a specific cosmetic result.
Clients are responsible for informing their esthetician of relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, recent treatments, or other information that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when reasonably necessary for the client’s safety.
Service Forms & Aftercare
Certain services may require a consultation, waiver, or consent form. Clients agree to provide accurate information and follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by The Landing Strip Studio.
Payments, Packages & Promotions
Prices and availability are subject to change. Packages, gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers may have additional terms, expiration dates, or restrictions, which will be provided at the time of purchase or promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.
